1. Cut tempeh into any size and shape
  2. Marinate with oil, salt, pepper, or any preferred seasonings
  3. Fry with high heat oil, or bake at 375-450 F, or stir fry until golden brownish
  4. Add favorite sauces (spaghetti, BBQ, peanut, curry, chili, buffalo, …) to the cooked tempeh
  5. Serve the tempeh in sandwich, with salad, pasta, or rice

NOTE: keep frozen until ready to cook for best taste. Use within 2 days of thawing.
